Building Controls / Low Voltage Tech - PM   Job Description - $1000 sign on bonus!!!   Up to $775/mo (500-700 vehicle + 75 phone) for vehicle allowance and cell phone allowance will be given immediately to right applicants. Medical plus 401k available after 90 days.   Lead position $33-35/hr ($1k bonus)   A busy Colorado Temperature Controls Contractor is looking for talented individuals for Installation Labor and Lead Positions. Qualified people will have several years experience with low voltage wiring, light duty electrical installation, and some HVAC is helpful. We are looking for people in the HVAC controls industry as well as persons from the electrical industry for commercial field and construction site installation labor.   Duties include management of several projects, coordinating field labor, coordinating with contractors / sub contractors, site visits, and installation help when necessary. Position is 50/50 office and field, but this varies as needed.   Applicants must be proficient at email, excel, be organized, and understand the construction industry. Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check is a must. Our customers include School Districts, Local and Federal Government facilities, and Military Installations.   Experience in Niagara/Honeywell control system installation, programming, and service a definite plus.   Must be able to perform ladder work and be able to lift up to 50lbs.   Company Description our company specializes in Building Control Systems.We offer full support of the Honeywell XL5000 OPEN LON systems, Honeywell WEBs (Spyder, AX, and N4) as well as the Honeywell LCBS Light Commercial Building systems. We offer complete DDC systems from sales, engineering, installation, and service. Mostly in the commercial and government sector and local to surrounding Denver area, but we do have customers all over Colorado.
