We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in New Orleans.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader to manage high-impact projects from concept through completion, while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all phases of electrical construction projects—from bidding and planning to execution and closeout

• Analyze blueprints/specs, coordinate material procurement, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

• Manage project timelines, budgets, change orders, and client communication

• Conduct site walk-throughs, inspections, and oversee field operations

• Collaborate with internal teams and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors

• Maintain accurate documentation, generate reports, and support financial planning of assigned projects

• Prepare and negotiate change proposals and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of electrical project management experience—large job experience preferred with private sector experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

• Knowledge of NFPA codes and OSHA 30 certification (a plus)

• Ability to read blueprints, develop estimates, and manage project documentation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Accubid software experience is a plus

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
