Licensing Attorney (Life Sciences)

A highly regarded legal team is seeking an attorney with 3-6 years of experience advising life sciences companies on complex commercial agreements. This role focuses on structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic transactions that drive innovation in the industry.

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft licensing, collaboration, and other commercial agreements for life sciences clients
• Advise on strategic partnerships and commercial transactions in biotech, pharma, and medtech
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including corporate and intellectual property attorneys
• Provide guidance on regulatory and business considerations impacting transactions

 

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of transactional experience in a law firm or in-house legal role
• Strong background in life sciences licensing and commercial agreements
• Experience with corporate or patent law is a plus
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ($260,000 - $390,000) based on experience and location
