About the position
The company is a full-service residential and commercial exterior contractor serving Northeast Ohio. You will be joining a family where we are dedicated to supporting each other and building an atmosphere of teamwork. We are looking for team members that want to make a difference in the lives of other team members as well as our customers. Our trades include roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and flooring.
• Facilitate the sales process from beginning to end
• Work with customers to identify specific needs for their home
• Perform roofing, siding, windows and gutter inspections to identify areas of concern
• Work with insurance adjusters/companies and assisting homeowners through the claim process
• Generate sales through customer referrals, company provided leads, and previous customers
• Develop and Maintain referral networks with your clients, through social media, as well as partners
consisting of insurance agents, real estate agents, property managers, etc.
• Communicate and deliver customer proposals in an easy-to-understand manner
• Committed to an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end
• In addition to prospecting, we provide prequalified scheduled leads where you simply close the sale
• Potential to earn an average of $100-200k
• Bi-weekly Pay through direct deposit

• Ability to measure the exterior of customers’ homes
• Desire to work hard, resolve issues, and flexibility to deliver exceptional customer service
• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
• Must be able to sell and close contracts.
• Must feel comfortable with heights (going up/down ladders, getting on/off roofs)
• Techy Savvy with the ability to learn and master our CRM tool
• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, commissioned sales, in-home sales, or a related field
• Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check, contingent upon employment
• Sales training on how to maximize your earnings
