Wealth Management Client Associate / Financial Advisor Support

Location: Northbrook, IL
Compensation: $32.00 – $50.00 per hour + Team Performance Bonus + Full Benefits 
No relocation / No Sponsorship

We're seeking a Wealth Management Client Associate to provide exceptional service and operational support to our Financial Advisors (FAs) and their clients. If you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the required FINRA licenses, we encourage you to apply!

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for client service needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You'll play a crucial part in supporting our enterprise strategic objectives, upholding operational excellence, and advocating for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding client service by educating clients on all banking services and offerings.
  • Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and meticulously follow up on all client and FA requests.
  • Assist in aligning practices with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen and maintain client relationships by promoting banking offerings and integrating them into day-to-day practices, while communicating insights to the FA.
  • Support daily team activities, including covering roles during absences or peak seasons, always leading with a client-first mindset.

Required Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE active FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63/65 or 66 licenses.
  • Must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support.
  • SAFE Act Registration and ADV-2B required.
  • Maintain at least one firm-approved designation.
  • Advanced industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and effects, and implement improved processes to increase growth and mitigate risk.
