Specializing in insurance defense, the firm handles a variety of cases including auto negligence, construction defects, general liability, and liquor liability. With a team of 10 partners and 13 associates and counting, they are committed to providing personalized legal services and maintaining open communication with their clients.
Job Description
- Seeking experienced Insurance Defense Paralegals for on-site positions in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida.
- Manage case files from inception to trial, including drafting legal documents, coordinating discovery, and assisting attorneys in court proceedings.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in construction-related insurance defense cases.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient case progression.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal in insurance defense litigation.
- Experience with construction defect cases is highly preferred.
- Proficient in legal research and case management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
