Facilities Maintenance Supervisor - Industrial Environment

About the position
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or a related degree to manage the facility is required
- This is a 1st shift position (5/5:30am - 2:30pm)
- Salary is up to $100,000–$110,000 based on experience, plus bonus eligibility
- Paid additional compensation for any weekend worked
- 1 weekend (Saturday & Sunday) rotation worked per month
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote as this is a 100% onsite position
- Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

- Located in the Jefferson, Wisconsin area
- Supervise and schedule maintenance mechanics, ensuring adherence to safety standards and optimal site security
- Support the Maintenance Manager with equipment acquisition, installation, and improvements, while maintaining facilities to sanitary design best practices
- Actively participate in and improve the Process Safety Management Program and serve as a member of the HAZMAT team
- Assist with all CMMS functions
- Complete special projects promptly and work flexible hours as needed
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or a related technical degree
- Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams, ideally in an environment subject to stringent hygiene and sanitation regulations
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and Process Safety Management is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 2nd shift start time (1:30 pm), and 1 weekend/month rotation
- High proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or Green Card holder
- A residence within 45 minutes of Jefferson
