We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Store Manager to lead the operations of our supermarket. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while overseeing daily store activities, employee performance, and inventory control.

Este puesto requiere fluidez en inglés y español, así como pasión por ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente mientras supervisa las actividades diarias de la tienda, el desempeño del personal y el control del inventario.


Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Principales

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, merchandising, cleanliness, and opening/closing.

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and resolve any escalated customer issues.

  • Hire, train, and manage store team members; conduct performance reviews.

  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage shrinkage.

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

  • Lead by example in creating a positive, inclusive, and bilingual work environment.

  • Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la tienda, incluyendo programación, exhibición de productos, limpieza y apertura/cierre.

  • Asegurar una experiencia excepcional para el cliente y resolver cualquier problema escalado.

  • Contratar, capacitar y supervisar a los empleados de la tienda; realizar evaluaciones de desempeño.

  • Monitorear niveles de inventario, hacer pedidos y controlar pérdidas.

  • Cumplir con las normativas de salud, seguridad y laborales.

  • Liderar con el ejemplo para fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo, inclusivo y bilingüe.


Qualifications / Requisitos

  • 3+ years of experience in retail or supermarket management.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory tools.

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de tiendas o supermercados.

  • Dominio del inglés y español (hablado y escrito).

  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, organización e interpersonales.

  • Conocimiento de sistemas de punto de venta, Microsoft Office y herramientas de inventario.

  • Diploma de secundaria requerido; título universitario preferido.


Work Schedule / Horario de Trabajo

  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
