We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Medical Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team in Baker City. Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• Proven experience as a social worker, preferably in a hospice or healthcare setting.

• Reliable transportation is required.
