A leading Florida-based law firm is actively seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Partner to join its thriving Tampa office. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of Board-Certified Construction attorneys on high-stakes, complex construction disputes representing a broad range of industry clients.

🔍 What We're Looking For

• 8–12 years of dedicated experience in construction law and litigation

• Proven ability to independently manage a complex caseload, including depositions, hearings, and client strategy

• Strong academic credentials and exceptional litigation and writing skills

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Demonstrated courtroom confidence and client-facing communication skills

• Portable business is highly preferred but not required

• Must be comfortable working in-office in a highly collaborative environment
