- 5+ years of experience designing women's apparel with an emphasis on novelty soft wovens: Linen/cotton, items with embellishments, embroidery, cut outs, etc.
- Must have excellent sketching ability - Proficient with Illustrator
- Must be a team player that works well with others - Interacting with sales, production, tech, etc.
- Must be willing to go into the office 5 days/week.
- Must be detail-oriented and have superior organization skills.
