Pediatrician – Outpatient Practice in Pennsylvania

An established and well-respected integrated health system in Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a collegial and mission-driven outpatient pediatrics team. This is a full-time position based on a hospital campus with access to state-of-the-art facilities, academic support, and a compassionate, underserved patient population.

Position Highlights:

• Join a collaborative group of 5 Pediatricians and 2 CRNPs

• Office located on a major hospital campus; walking distance to a regional medical school

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule

• Call rotation approximately 1:5 evenings and weekends, supported by Family Medicine senior residents

• Inpatient nursery rounds every fifth week with medical learners

• Opportunity to teach residents and medical students from both Allopathic and Osteopathic programs

• Dedicated hospital pediatric support, including 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalists, Emergency Department Pediatric coverage, and Neonatology services

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ($220,000–$240,000)
