This full time, permanent Strategic HVAC Project Engineer career opportunity is at an employee-oriented, family-oriented HVAC systems provider to industrial, commercial and residential marketplaces. This family-owned employer treats employees very well and as a result, many employees have been with the company over 15 years. In fact, this position is available due to an upcoming retirement. The work environment is very flexible and laid back. Under 100 employees are employed here.

 

The successful candidate should be responsible for the following:

  • Quoting, planning and designing industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems
  • Working closely with a variety of field employees, coworkers, customers and contractors
  • Tracking and maintaining project deadlines and costs
  • Meeting customer expectations
  • Mentoring, directing and supervising staff
  • Traveling to jobsites within the state

 

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

  • 6 or more years of industrial or heavy commercial HVAC project management experience
  • Possess the ability to travel to various jobsites within the state (no overnights)
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
