An AmLaw 50 national law firm is seeking associates to join its IP Litigation Group. The position is open to candidates in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C., with a focus on individuals having between 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • A technical background is strongly preferred.
  • An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is highly desirable.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in high-stakes intellectual property litigation across various jurisdictions.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of skilled IP attorneys.
  • Manage complex litigation cases, leveraging technical expertise and legal acumen.
