A national employment law firm is seeking a mid-level employment litigator to join its fully remote virtual office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking meaningful, high-quality legal work in a flexible environment—without business development pressure or rigid billable hour targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle administrative agency matters, demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation

• Draft pleadings, respond to discovery, and contribute to litigation strategy

• Collaborate with partners and legal staff across a remote team

• Manage casework in federal and state courts

• Focus on litigation — no need to source your own clients

What We’re Looking For:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• 5–7 years of employment law litigation experience (law firm background preferred)

• Active bar license in CA, MN, NV, WA, or CO

• Strong writing and case management skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Experience with EPLI matters is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: Starting at $130,000 (flexible based on billable target)

  • $120K at 1,400 hours / $140K at 1,600 hours (approximate figures)

• Target billables: ~1,500 hours/year

• Unlimited PTO

• Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with profit-sharing, paid parental leave, and optional benefits including student loan support and pet insurance
