Hospitalist Physician Program Director

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Compensation: $200–$250 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitalist Physician Program Director to lead our hospitalist team in Madison, Wisconsin. As Program Director, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support the professional development of hospitalist providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hospitalist team, ensuring quality care and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with hospital administration and medical leadership on program goals.
  • Provide direct patient care in a hospitalist capacity.
  • Oversee quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and drive clinical excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive pay: $200–$250 per hour.
