TITLE INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Our client, a financial services company that has been ranked a Fortune 100 "Best Company to Work For" for the past 9 years, is searching for a Sales Representative to join their Florida sales team in Clearwater.
Candidate Profile:
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven success in outside sales, ideally within the title or real estate industry.
- Qualifications:
- High-energy sales professional with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets.
- Familiarity with title insurance, real estate, or similar fields is highly preferred.
- Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships.
- Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions and effectively connect with clients both in-person and virtually.
- Valid driver’s license required for territory travel.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage a designated territory by securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and client satisfaction.
- Utilize industry data to identify and compile targeted lists of potential customers, leveraging leads from a variety of sources.
- Execute a comprehensive outreach plan through cold calling, networking events, and both virtual and in-person meetings with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other industry stakeholders.
- Build and deliver tailored presentations to various client audiences, adapting content to meet client needs and objectives effectively.
- Maintain visibility in the local market by attending relevant industry functions and actively participating in community events to foster connections and boost brand awareness.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams to create impactful local marketing materials and social media strategies that support the overall sales objectives.
