Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory management functions.

• Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.

• Verify the accuracy of shipments and deliveries, ensuring all are correct and complete.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as necessary.

• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and keep detailed records of all shipping activities.

• Ensure that picking documents align with shipping counts and help resolve any discrepancies.

• Confirm that all packages are properly labeled and tagged before shipment.

• Pick orders and prepare them for shipment.

• Coordinate the scheduling of inbound and outbound freight to align with warehouse operations.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of products, shipping materials, and supplies.

• Ensure receiving documents are accurate and complete (PO, packing slips, etc.).

• Verify that receiving counts match purchase orders and packing slips, assisting in resolving discrepancies.

• Identify backorders and manage the organization of merchandise in designated areas for expedited processing.

• Receive and categorize UPS orders for verification and stocking.

• Conduct verification (recounting) of received orders to ensure accuracy.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
