Inside & Outside Sales Supervisor

About the position
As an Outside & Inside Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all the activities of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) and Outside Sales Representatives (OSR), which include coaching, mentoring, and motivating them to achieve company goals. You will track and analyze sales statistics while developing quotes, pricing structures or competitive bids. This is a full-time salaried position, with a profit-sharing bonus. The starting salary range for this position is between $70,000-$90,000 per year.
Core Responsibilities:
· Oversee all activities of the ISRs and OSRs
· Coach, mentor and motivate the ISR & OSR to achieve company goals
· Develop promotional and marketing campaign ideas from sales and vendor data
· Track and analyze sales statistics based on yearly and monthly metrics
· Manage and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly requirements by making sure they are being recorded and achieved
· Gather information and help develop job quotes, pricing structures, or competitive bids
Required Skills and Competencies:
· Three to five years of supervisor experience
· Sales experience, preferably in the construction market
· Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
· Knowledge of Purchasing/Pricing/Margins
· Basic level computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, Excel
· Basic knowledge of CRM software or previous experience with
· Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
· Exceptional customer service and sales skills
· Strong listening skills, which includes the ability to listen and retain information
· Excellent time management and organization skills, which includes the ability to schedule, prioritize and multitask
· Ability to follow through on tasks and responsibilities until completion
· Professional and presentable demeanor
· Must be self-directed, flexible, dedicated, energetic, outgoing, and dependable
Reports to: Senior Director of Sales and Purchasing

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
